He specializes in automotive products liability law and tries cases for major manufacturers on a regional and national basis.

  • Mr. Maxwell is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, all Louisiana state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit and the Shoshone & Arapaho Tribal Courts. He has also been admitted pro hac vice for trials in the states of Arkansas, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
